1st Assistant / Shop Manager

Overview Birchwood Farms G & CC is an upscale, private 27-hole facility that was founded in 1972. The golf season is approximatley 6 months long with a majority of play June through August. Searching for a high energy, outgoing person to assist in all of the day-to-day operations of the golf operation. Must be able to work as a team player. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, general knowledge of the golf industry and dedicated to customer service. This will be a 5-6 day workweek with an anticipated income of $25,000+ for the season. Experience Required PGA Associate preferred but not required as long as you are willing and able to learn all aspects of the golf operation. Proficient with online tee times, POS, Golf Genius, handicapping, merchandising and tournament software.
