Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Banquet Chef, and Sous Chefs, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes across all meal periods. This role demands versatility, as the line cook must work at various stations, demonstrate skills in baking, meat and seafood fabrication, sauce preparation, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas.
