Member Relations Director - Balcones Country Club

Balcones Country Club – Operated by Arnold Palmer Golf Management – Is looking to bring on a Member Relations Director. We are known as being “The Club That Has the Most FUN” and pride ourselves for our creative approaches to Member events, Team member development, and problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who are excited to be a part of a team that strives for a level of operational excellence. We will be happy to meet with candidates who have the following attributes: Sales and Marketing experience Desire to deliver exceptional experiences for our Members Ability to represent the Club in a professional manner Some college education preferred, but not required Time management and efficient organization Self-motivated/ no excuses Want to be a part of something bigger than themselves Positive attitude and high level of grit Eager to learn, grow and develop everyday Growth mindset and desire to get better every day High standards and commitment to quality Curiosity and interest in learning Hate the status quo and “we have always done it that way” mentality We will invest in candidates that meet the above criteria and assist them in developing their skills, knowledge and experience.
