About the Role
Aronimink Golf Club is seeking experienced, service-driven individuals to join our year-round service team . As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our Members at the brand-new Belmont Facility , featuring a state-of-the-art pool, fitness center, and expanded dining venues.
Our seasonal team is fully staffed. We are currently hiring only for year-round positions.
Aronimink Golf Club is a private Platinum Golf Club, located just outside of Philadelphia in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The Club has a rich history dating back to 1896. One of the premier golf clubs in America, we are currently ranked as a Top 10 Platinum Golf Club in America. Aronimink Golf Club is set to hold the prestigious 2026 PGA Championship and is undergoing extensive and exciting renovations.

Server Functions:
Thoroughly understand the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to offer informed recommendations and cater to individual preferences.
Accurately take and process guests' food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are properly noted, using our Point of Sale system, NorthStar.
Suggest additional items like appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages to enhance the Members' dining experience and contribute to revenue growth.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-stocked with necessary supplies, such as flatware, glassware, and condiments.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to maintain a smooth and efficient dining service.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times.
Attend and participate in all training sessions and team meetings
Responsibly serves alcohol to guests, ensuring they are of age
Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct
RAMP Certification is preferred, but not required, the Club will provide certification if needed
Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager (s)
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or EquivalentAvailable to work weekends, evening shifts, and major holidaysMandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies, and rulesAble to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistanceExperience with a full-service country club operation preferredJob Types: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
