Banquet Server

Basking Ridge Country Club is seeking Banquet Servers to support weddings, member events, tournaments, and private functions throughout the season. This role is ideal for hospitality-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while providing exceptional guest service.

We are looking for team members with flexible availability who can work a varied schedule, including weekends and event-based shifts. Average shifts are typically 7–8 hours.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour plus non-guaranteed tipsKey Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specificationsProvide attentive food and beverage service during events and functionsMaintain a professional and positive attitude with members and guestsAssist with clearing tables, resetting spaces, and post-event breakdownEnsure cleanliness and organization throughout all banquet operationsCommunicate effectively with banquet leadership and culinary teamsFollow all food safety and service standardsQualifications

Previous hospitality, banquet, restaurant, or serving experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressureAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/tray carry as neededFlexible schedule with availability to work 4–5 days per week, including weekendsSchedule
