Primary Purpose:

To provide exceptional customer service to our Members and Guests, anticipating their needs while performing various tasks such as assisting in the Cart Barn, Valet, Starting, and Course Play (Ranger).

Essential Functions:

Treat all members, guests, and colleagues with respect and friendliness.

Greet them by name with a smile.Maintain a clean, pressed uniform and adhere to the dress code.Keep work areas clean and organized.Inform your Supervisor promptly about any significant issues or needs for replacements.Practice Range: Setup stations with golf balls, maintain cleanliness throughout the day, assist members, and ensure proper timing for tee-offs.Cart Barn: Stage golf carts, keep areas organized, clean golf clubs, and assist with starting and marshalling duties.Valet/Bag Drop: Handle customer golf bags, park vehicles, and manage loading and unloading of equipment.Starter: Communicate course rules, update Members on course conditions, ensure timely tee-offs, and manage Tee Sheet processes.Ranger: Monitor course play, suggest solutions for pace issues, check water stations, and deliver messages on the course.Promote a clean and safe environment, focusing on employee health and safety.

Assist in training team members on safety protocols.Complete any other assigned duties.Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with related experience preferred.Understand basic golf course operations.Age 19 or older with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.Ability to lift and carry golf balls and other equipment.Proficiency in operating golf carts and other related tasks.Present a positive and professional demeanor at all times.Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Dependable and punctual.Aware of safety practices and able to recognize hazards; skillful in following safety precautions.Note: Some positions, such as Ranger, require CPR/First Aid and AED certification; training will be provided.
