We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Outside Services Attendant to join our dynamic golf team at Midland Country Club. In this vital role, you will play a key part in fostering strong member relationships, delivering exemplary curbside service, and upholding the highest standards of etiquette and professionalism. Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and nurturing member relationships, ensuring an enhanced overall experience that exceeds their expectations.
Provide comprehensive curbside service with a gracious and welcoming demeanor, creating a friendly and inviting environment.
Ensure the golf carts are pristine and reflect the club's high standards.
Uphold professionalism in all interactions, ensuring every member feels valued and appreciated.
Requirements
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to be standing throughout shift to service our club member outdoors on the curbside and on the green.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
