Position Summary Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, the STUDIO Performance Specialist delivers world-class service through expert instruction and precision fitting. This hybrid role blends the responsibilities of a Golf Instructor and a Fitting Specialist, ensuring every customer receives a tailored experience that improves their game and drives lasting relationships. The STUDIO Performance Specialist is responsible for achieving KPIs across both fittings and lessons, proactively growing their client base, and maintaining a fully booked schedule. The role also supports the visual and operational excellence of the STUDIO, leveraging advanced technology and product knowledge to deliver measurable performance results. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Engagement Engage every customer with world-class service by demonstrating PGA TOUR Superstore's Service Behaviors.
