Back‑End Dept Lead — Retail Ops & Customer Experience

Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc. d/b/a PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Back-End Department Head (BEDH) to lead logistics, e‑commerce operations, and in-store processes. Ensure product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor. Oversee receiving, tagging, markdowns, cycle counts, and staff training; direct daily tasks with the OM to drive a seamless customer experience and store performance.
