Golf Club Outside Services Attendant

Pay: From $12.00 per hour + Tips Job Title: Outside Services Attendant Job Summary Rhodes Ranch Golf Club is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our Outside Services team. This position helps keep daily golf operations running smoothly by preparing golf carts, maintaining the practice facilities, and providing excellent service to our members and guests. Responsibilities Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily play Wash and sanitize carts after each use Charge carts and report any maintenance concerns Set up and maintain the driving range, including collecting range balls and stocking baskets Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags Keep the cart barn, staging area, and practice facilities clean and organized Help with tournaments, outings, and special events as needed Follow club policies and safety procedures Perform other outside service duties assigned by management Qualifications Reliable with a strong work ethic Friendly and customer service oriented Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings Golf experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods Benefits Hourly pay plus tips Employee golf privileges when available Uniform provided Work Location: In person Pay: From $12.00 per hour Work Location: In person
