Position Summary We are seeking friendly and reliable Golf Shop Associates to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting daily golf shop operations. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests and provide a high level of customer service Assist with check-in, tee time management, and point-of-sale transactions Merchandise and maintain the golf shop, including restocking and displays Answer phones and assist with general inquiries about the course and services Coordinate with outside services staff to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment Qualifications Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills; POS experience is a plus Availability to work 2–3 days per week, including weekends and holidays Interest in golf is a plus, but not required Pay: $12.00 per hour Work Location: In person
